You will never get a hard sales pitch from us. Sometimes we’re needed for a single pest like spiders on a single day and other times we’re asked to prevent pests year-round. Everyone has a different threshold for insects in their home. That’s why we’re happy to service you quarterly, Bi- annually so you’ll live pest-free, or come out only when you call for help with certain pest issues.

Quarterly Service Program

Residential quarterly service clients are thrilled living pest-free and not having to deal with pests in their space.

Included in the Quarterly Service Program is:

• Intensive initial inspection and service of the interior and exterior of the home to identify and solve existing pest issues.
• Quarterly services scheduled between you and our technician. After the initial service, we’ll always inspect the interior of your property. However, the treatment work is performed on the interior and exterior, where we work to keep insects out of your property in the first place.
• Our technician will also automatically add value to your services by doing things like clearing away wasp nests and spraying your outside garbage bins so they don’t attract so many things like ants , flies and spider webs in the summer.
• Free “call-backs” for covered pests on Quarterly services. If anything crops up between scheduled service calls, Contact us and we will come out and take care of it at no extra charge.
